Homemade Ice Cream without Egg

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE ICE CREAM | JUST TWO INGREDIENTS ONLY

We can make this Homemade Ice Cream with just two ingredients only. There is No Egg, No Palm Oil, No Stabilizers, No Emulsifiers, No Synthetic Colours, No Artificial Flavours. Everyone likes Ice Cream Especially in this summer. You can make it easily and quickly. This is Guilt-free Ice cream. I used to make Ice Cream in this Way. My kids are love this lot. Their happiness only My happiness. Homemade also safe to eat and Health.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Cream-250ml- I used Amul
  • Condensed Milk-400ml-I used Amul

Homemade Ice Cream

Instructions for Homemade Ice Cream:

1.Firstly Add Fresh cream In a Bowl. Blend well for 2 Minutes. I used Blender.

2.Secondly Add Condensed Milk in It. Again blend well for 2 Minutes. It came out like Creamy Texture.

3.As I said, I didn’t add any artificial flavours. If you wish you can add any essence like Vennila or Chocolate. You can also add Mango Pulp with this.

4.Finally, keep this mixture in Freezer for 6-7Hrs.

5.That’s all. Ice Cream is ready to serve. It is very Simple Process to make. Enjoy the Taste!

 

Note:

I never use Refined Products Like Salt, Sugar And Oil. Also I don’t Use Maida, Artificial Colour and Flavours for my Recipes. I Never use Aluminium Utensils and Non Stick and Oven in My Cooking.
