How to make Homemade Popcorn:
You can get this corn in any super market or online. There are Two types of Corn available in Market. One is Bigger in Size and Hard to bite. Another one is Small in Size. you have to buy this corn for make popcorn.You can make this Homemade Popcorn just in 2 minutes. Healthy to eat. You can make this easily and quickly. It is Guilt free. We used to buy popcorn in Theaters. But It’s costly and they make it in Oven. It is not good for Healthy. But this Popcorn is very safe, Cost effective and Tasty.
- Ghee/ Oil/ Butter-2 Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt-As needed
Instructions for Homemade Popcorn:
1.Firstly take a Pressure Cooker. Heat It on Medium flame only.
2.Secondly Add Ghee/Oil/Butter In it. I added Ghee.
3.Finally Add Corn in it on Medium Flame.
4.Add Turmeric powder and Salt as needed.
5.Close the cooker lid without gasket and whistle.
6.Once the pop Sound is over, open the lid.
7.Enjoy The Taste of Healthy Popcorn.
I never use Refined Products Like Salt, Sugar And Oil. Also I don’t Use Maida, Artificial Colour and Flavours for my Recipes. I Never use Aluminium Utensils and Non Stick and Oven in My Cooking.
